Exchange/Returns Policy
For Non-Quality Problem:

To be eligible for a exchange/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us within the 7 days.

Orders signed beyond 7 days:
If not quality problem or not our fault to send the wrong size, beyond 7 days, you shall pay for the shipping cost to return for us to resend if you want a replacement.

For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem:
We will resend item or refund you once we get your photo evidence. To complete your return, we require an order number and email for proof of purchase.

You need to provide below information in the email when need Exchange/Returns:
1. Order number/the original order ID
2. The Sku of the products which need to return or exchange
3. Evidence pictures to shown faulty items(a photo of the damaged item and newly opened package with tracking sticker. )

For refunds, please take note of the following:
To qualify for refunds, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:
Only unused items with intact packaging qualify for a refund.
Reasons for refund:
Packaging looks dangerous and severely damaged with traces of chemicals or waste.
Orders through katbite website:
Please send us a message along with a photo of the unused item (with intact and unopened packaging), order ID, and the reason for requesting a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
